And then the Beej manage to get a 7-6 shootout win against Vancouver

SNES are at 99+% to make the playoffs now in pretty much every predictive model thing and I'm still stressed.

Ottawa is 8 points up on 9th with 10 games to go (8 of which are at home), is 10-3-1 (including 4-0 against NYR, DET, CBJ) in March and two of those regulation losses were to MTL and BUF, which I think just... bleeds into the otherwise positive feelings? I'm not used to anything ever being good or ok? I dunno!

Seems like winning games is a good approach, curious if any of the other teams will take it

Rags won last night so the Wings are three points back of them with a game in hand, same with the Isles. Habs and Beej are each two points back with two games in hand.

I still think the Rags end up doing it because they have a legit goaltender and star talent.

That would be disappointing, though is makes some sense. Still, not like they are doing much to prove it - blew a 2 goal lead against Anaheim up 4-2 with 5 min left in the 3rd and lost the game in OT/SO

In order of preference:

Detroit
Columbus
—— wide chasm ——
NYR
NYI
MON

Same order of preference, even though I'm still miffed at Columbus for the no-call / GWG in the Stadium Series game.

I chuckled at the Rags blowing that game because the Wings almost did the exact same thing to Anaheim right after the Four Nations break.

The Wings' remaining schedule, with Montreal the only team currently outside of the playoffs and most of the games on the road, is absolutely brutal, so I still have a hard time seeing them staying in the mix. Like Carolina, Dallas, Florida, Toronto? These are not teams they beat. Their next game is against the Blooze who haven't lost in a while.

It feels like they ran out of gas. Voronkov stopped producing in the last ten, Fantilli hasn't been as good since Monahan came back, and presumably other things not related to fantasy team gripes.
