hopefully the good version of Samsanov shows up, if the Leafs lose this series the blame is squarely on the special teams more than goaltending

itfelt like he was slowing down over the course of the season a bit(understandably it was a way bigger workload than he had ever had before) but he's using his big body
effectively in this series

Matthews certainly doesn’t look 100%. Surprised he had 5:23 of ice time in the first, more than Domi/Marner.

in the previous games I generally didn't get too nervous until someone scored, this time is different, having like 2 hours after the Jays game to basically just putter around and not do anything didn't help

although they are basically equivalent on aggregate, having samsonov in net seems way more anxiety-inducing
