The Wings’ final nine games

@Blooze: St. Louis has won nine in a row and opened up a six point lead on a playoff spot. Seems doubtful!
Canes: Maybe they get a Mrazek Revenge Game but Carolina seems to always handle the Wings
Panth: Wings finally beat them this year and at least Tkachuk is out. But like Carolina, Florida usually rolls the Wings.
@Habs: Who knows if the Wings are still in the mix then, but it could be critical. I think a lot about the two games the Habs won to end Lalonde’s tenure as coach, and maybe they wouldn’t have made a coaching change if they’d won them. But man those four points loom large.

Stars: The last home game. I’m tempted to go if they’re still in it. Hate the fucking Stars.

Wings probably need 7-8 of these to make the playoffs. I don’t see any obvious wins and it could easily be 2-7 or 1-8.

All of a sudden Buffalo and Philly are winning games. Conceivable that the Wings could be last in the East.

Nothing good will come from me fantasizing about a lottery win and getting Misa / Schaefer / Hagens, but that seems more likely than a playoff spot right now.
