Brutal blown icing call before the Marchand goal, I was sitting above that end and Tarasenko 100% had it

But then Tarasenko turned the puck over after the ensuing faceoff

Kane hitting the crossbar with 15 left was rough

Other thoughts:

Edvinsson is so good. He makes plays that the non-Seider defensemen struggle mightily with look downright easy.

Tarasenko had a nice assist on the Raymond goal but was a mess otherwise. Kane just doesn't seem committed physically at even-strength. Kasper generally looked good and made some smart offensive plays, but in the first he tried to hit McAvoy and just bounced off him. I think that's partially on Kasper needing a bit more physical maturity and part on McAvoy being a stack of bricks. Zadorov, who is built that way but larger, wrecked Rasmussen after he just made center for a dump-in.

Holl did some good things and some bad things. Gustafsson, man, I don't get it. The PP was terrible but him especially so. Chiarot and Petry got absurdly lucky after they coughed it up a few times, but Chiarot made some plays.

Motte was the best player on his line with Compher (who made a great play shorthanded but didn't do much otherwise) and Berggren (didn't get free for shots).

The Broons don't look great offensively outside of Pastrnak and Marchand, but their blueline is big / strong / mobile enough to keep the score low. Swayman wasn't hugely tested but made a nice save with maybe 30 seconds left.
