The defense hung Husso out to dry on most of the goals. The timing / execution up front was off, except, impossibly, for Tarasenko.

I suspect Motte's going to miss some games and Fischer will step into his roll. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I wouldn't mind seeing Petry come in for Holl for at least a game or two. He was brutal tonight and at fault on two of the goals.

The schedule gets a lot tougher for the next two weeks -- we'll see if this win streak was fluke or if they can keep in the mix.

Wings need to be quicker / harder on the puck next period. Panthers are a different species than the last half dozen teams they’ve played. Lucky to be tied, hopefully Florida gives them more PPs.
